In the profiled picture, we stayed in the purple room with the yellow door. The positives: the room was large with two distinct sleeping areas, two sinks, a fridge and microwave. The water pressure was excellent and the beds comfy. As for the constructive points: the room was dated especially the bathroom/sink areas. The room smelled somewhat musty when we entered and the bathroom door didn't close well unless pushed/pulled hard. These points didn't affect our stay and the price was right. The onsite diner provided a lot of space and friendly staff. I was surprised to be asked by our server if we wanted her to wear the mask she wore around her chin. I would have prefered her to wear it as part of practice. She had already set our table and served our drinks when asked. I honestly don't know the provincial protocol, but if it's to wear it, it should be worn properly. This was a convenient location for visiting Bonavista, Port Rexton, Trinity and exploring in Port Union itself.
