The Trail by STAE-Homes is a delightful 2 bedroom apartment in the heart of the Afan Forest: Large conservatory, decking garden, stunning views, great location & excellent connectivity to the famous Afan Forest Bike Parks. Perfect for a holiday home or contractor’s accommodation. Includes Scandi-style shower room, living room & a fully-equipped kitchen. Enjoy the lovely private decking-garden looking out over the Afan Forest Park. Part of the Afan Forest House group by STAE-Homes.  
  
The Space:  
The Trail by STAE-Homes, is a superb 2 bedroom apartment, providing easy access to the world-famous Afan Bike Parks and local regions including, Cymmer, Glycorrwg, Port Talbot and Maesteg.   
  
There are beautiful views of the mountains and forests .  
  
Its a stone's-throw from the stunning Bwlch Mountain, leading to the Rhondda Valley.   
  
Access to the national cycle path is also just 100 meters away. Access to the famous bike parks is 1km away.   
  
Glyncorrwg fishing ponds are near.   
  
Accessed via steps, The Trail is a single-level apartment; fully-self-contained and includes everything you need for your stay; including a WIFI, fully-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, a comfortable living space in a wonderful large conservatory.   
  
The conservatory opens onto a large decking area with stunning views over the valley. The Trail boast a unique Scandi-style shower cubical with sliding bard door access. There is separate WC an basin.  
  
Whether you want to go mountain biking in the Afan Forest Bike Park, or just want to get away from it all in this peaceful part of Wales, this property has everything you need for that home from home feeling.

The apartments are typically self check. You will receive a code within 48 hours of your check in date. CCTV protects all areas outside the property. We had such a lovely time during our stay here. The property itself was beautiful, very peaceful and quiet. There were games and stuff to do at the property as well.The area was nice, if you’re willing to travel a little further from it I would say there is plenty to do nearby as well! I recommend Henrhyd Falls, the beach isn’t too far either! Would stay again, thankyou for hosting us!
