Comfortable and sleek with modern crisp furnishings throughout, a large open plan living/ dining area with AIR CON, ceiling fan, TV, Wifi, DVD player and CD player.  This area opens out onto the balcony where you can cook up a feast on the gas BBQ whilst enjoying the fabulous water views of Nelson Bay beach. Fully equipped kitchen with complete cooking facilities such as a cooktop, under bench oven, microwave and full-size family fridge/ freezer.  Two bedrooms with the main bedroom having a queen bed and ceiling fan and the second bedroom providing a tri bunk and a trundle bed; the trundle bed is not suitable for adults. The unit has a shower and bath, internal laundry with washing machine and dryer and a secure single lock up garage, park the car and walk to all attractions as everything is at your fingertips. Bedroom Configuration: -   Bedroom 1 - Queen Bed + Ceiling Fan Bedroom 2 - Tri-bunk (Double underneath/ Single above) + Trundle Linen: - This property does not include sheets or towels, please bring your own or contact us to organise the linen hire service. Such a nice view to sit out on the balcony for dinner. Although, there are a few things that could be changed. It needed more essentials such as dishwashing liquid, toilet paper, bin liners.
