Comfortable and sleek with modern crisp furnishings throughout, a large open plan living/ dining area with AIR CON, ceiling fan, TV, Wifi, DVD player and CD player. This area opens out onto the balcony where you can cook up a feast on the gas BBQ whilst enjoying the fabulous water views of Nelson Bay beach. Fully equipped kitchen with complete cooking facilities such as a cooktop, under bench oven, microwave and full-size family fridge/ freezer. Two bedrooms with the main bedroom having a queen bed and ceiling fan and the second bedroom providing a tri bunk and a trundle bed; the trundle bed is not suitable for adults. The unit has a shower and bath, internal laundry with washing machine and dryer and a secure single lock up garage, park the car and walk to all attractions as everything is at your fingertips. Bedroom Configuration: - Bedroom 1 - Queen Bed + Ceiling Fan Bedroom 2 - Tri-bunk (Double underneath/ Single above) + Trundle Linen: - This property does not include sheets or towels, please bring your own or contact us to organise the linen hire service. The location was perfect, right next to the beach and shops. Such a nice view to sit out on the balcony for dinner. Although, there are a few things that could be changed. It needed more essentials such as dishwashing liquid, toilet paper, bin liners. There was also a bad smell coming from under the sink and the chopping boards and toaster need to be cleaned as they smelt very bad and couldn’t use them. Overall good experience :) ##### Mikaela S.
