The condo was clean, nicely furnished and had a well equipped kitchen. It was a very short 2-3 minute walk to the beach at the end of the street. The condo had chairs, umbrellas and beach towels available for us to use. The beach is beautiful with almost snow white sand. We were lucky to have warm days without a cloud in the sky. Best part...it wasn't crowded. Our host, Nicole, was so quick to answer questions and had suggestions on things to see and do. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities we needed for a relaxing getaway. The location was perfect—just a short walk to the pristine beach and close to charming local shops and restaurants.We especially loved the outdoor space—it was perfect for enjoying morning coffee or unwinding after a day at the beach. The hosts were incredibly responsive and made sure we had everything we needed.The only slight issue we encountered was that the gas was turned off when we arrived, which meant we couldn’t cook or take hot showers on the first night. The pictures of the unit were right on, the unit was very clean, and big. It would be very comfortable for 2 couples. Pool was great and every day we used it we were the only ones in it. The first owner was very responsive and even sent a note to confirm all was good upon check in. The four Beach chairs and 2 umbrellas that were set up daily on the beach were a big plus. This unit is right on highway 98 so traffic noise can be a bit loud at times, but if you're inside or it's later in the day it's not big deal. I would definitely recommend. ##### Ralph P. THIS IS IT We cannot think of ONE negative thing to say about this lovely townhome on the beach. The only thing we did not like was leaving. Mexico Beach is a fantastic getaway without the crowds, and this townhome is modern, clean, and full of all the accommodations you need. Being across the road from the Shell Shack is the BEST! We will definitely be back. The only reason we would ever choose another property is if we decide to bring our dog. Book it! Now! ##### Brittney C.
