The home is very secluded at the end of a cul-de-sac with extra large backyard. The spacious and open living area features cozy furnishings, tasteful beach decor, and a smart TV. Step into the fully stocked kitchen that offers beautiful stainless appliances, an island and large dining table along with high quality cook, bake and serve-ware for your entertaining purposes. There is enough pantry space to store all of your delicious snacks and must need vacation supplies. There is a 1/2 bath located on the 1st floor. The Master Bedroom has a large flat screen TV, Comfortable King sized bed with plush high quality bedding, large walk-in closet, attached master bathroom with double vanity and shower. The first guest room has a Queen sized bed, high quality bedding, flat screen TV and closet space. The 2nd Guest Room has a set of bunk beds with a Twin over Full and a Twin Trundle and flat screen TV. A Full Bathroom with a shower/tub combo is located on the 2nd floor along with the full sized Washer and Dryer. You also have 2 screened-in porches that allow the gulf breezes to pour in while you unwind and take pleasure in watching a beautiful sunset. The master suite has private balcony access so you can catch the sunrise or sunset just steps away from your bed. You can enjoy WindMark Beach’s beautiful bike trail to take in some of nature's beauty. There is a boardwalk located steps from the house that will lead you directly to the beach. Have fun, relax and let the Shimmering Tide wash your worries away! Our home comes with everything you need! The property is equipped with initial setup of supplies such as of toilet paper, paper towels, soap, lotion, shampoo, laundry detergent, dishwasher soap and trash bags. Guests must furnish food, cleaning supplies and personal items for the rental period. All linens are provided and are included in the reservation cost. This includes a set of towels per number of guests that are staying. Beach towels will be provided. Depending on the length of your stay you may want to bring additional supplies. All dinnerware/cookware/glasses/silverware are provided in the home. Golf Cart included with signed waiver & must have valid driver’s license Isle Stand up paddle board x 2 (must sign waiver) Beach Cruiser Bicycles x 4 (must sign waiver) Beach buggy to pull your supplies down to the beach and 5 beach chairs available & 2 umbrellas We can offer concierge food/supply stocking for a small fee so you don’t have to deal with the hassle and can spend your time enjoying your vacation! The extra amenities like the golf cart, bikes, beach gear and paddle boards was the icing on the cake! Rachell was so quick and easy to communicate with and very personable too! The house is in a corner lot with a lovely fenced in back sandy area with a fire pit, it’s about a 3-5 minute golf cart ride to the beach or pool/shops and an 8 minute car ride into downtown port st joe! We were able to enjoy beach days without packing all the gear we normally do. Whether walking down the boardwalk to taking the golf cart to the beach everything you need has been provided for you. The paddleboards were a fun bonus that we very much enjoyed right off the beach with the calm bay waters. The home is fully equipped inside with plenty of linens, towels, dishes, starter toiletetries, cleaning supplies etc. Rachell even left a goodie basket of snacks to welcome us to her home! The Windmark community is lovely with tons of walking paths, beautiful landscaping, and a large pool area. We visited in late November with weather in the 60s- 70s and the pool water was very warm and comfortable to swim even on cooler days. Port St Joe is also a great little town with plenty of good restaurants and amenities nearby. Wonderful Thanksgiving getaway! ##### Alison H. Everything was clean and set up for our family. It was so nice not to stress about bringing extra bulky items, like the beach umbrella, chairs, bikes, paddle boards. The house was equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay inside, or for a hot day out on the beach. We loved the boardwalk access right by the driveway, and the golf cart ride to the pool was always a hit. A lot of the local shops/stores are closed Mondays and Tuesdays, and we found they closed on a whim so there were a few failed attempts at some ice cream. lol. The house was beautifully decorated, very up to date beach vibes. We were in contact with Rachell before we arrived, to a little bit after we left, she wanted to be sure we had everything we needed. We’ve already talked about a next time, and how we would want to make our trip a little longer! The house was everything we needed for a vacation, and the host was most generous! ##### Lindsey S. The house has everything you could want and more. Fullllllyyyy stocked kitchen and so much living space was perfect for 4 adults and 2 young children.
