Duneside Cottage (formerly known as "Sea Ya Later") is a quaint gulf front home with two bedrooms plus a sleeping loft. Situated at the north end of the Cape; it’s a short bike ride to St. Joseph Peninsula State Park, and just a few steps to the sand and water’s edge. Swim, kayak, paddle board and play in the Gulf and Bay. The kitchen and both bathrooms were completely remodeled in December 2021! This included all new cabinets, fixtures, tile, stainless appliances and unique finishes. Stay tuned for more upgrades as this owner continues to invest in this outstanding property! \*Most gulf front homes are much larger and made for well, large groups. Typically, in order to find a beach front home this size you must choose a condo and give up some privacy. This home offers the independence of a private home at a price a single family or two couples can afford. This is also a perfect design for our snow birds in the winter. \*The deck offers both covered and sunny spaces with a great outdoor eating bar. There is a short, private boardwalk to the beach. \*We've also included a $250 VayK Gear credit to be used toward bikes, boards, chairs and umbrellas. Your gear will be delivered prior to your arrival and picked up when you leave. We loved the close proximity of the beach and no crowds. The view was amazing from morning to sundown. We had 4 adults and our dogs. We didn’t want to leave and will definitely be back again! Home came with all the basic amenities and some extras! Plenty of games for rainy days and plenty of space for 4 people. The beach access is close and not too many stairs involved. Wish the TV room furniture was more "comfortable" for sitting and napping but that's our preference.
