We were a group of 6 adults and 5 grandchildren, and the accommodations couldn't have been better. Upstairs, one room with a private bath comfortably housed two adults in a king bed and two small grandchildren on a sleeper sofa, while the other room boasted a king bed, a private bath, and a spacious balcony offering beautiful ocean views and breezes. It was an ideal spot for our morning yoga sessions. The middle floor was the heart of the home, featuring a guest room with a queen bed, a full bath, a generous laundry room, and a fantastic open-plan kitchen, family room, and dining area. This floor served as a wonderful gathering space, complete with its own large balcony. Downstairs, the terrace floor provided a cozy bunk room for the remaining three grandchildren. The house was thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed for both family bonding and beach fun. With the swimming pool and tranquil beach just a short stroll away. It also had convenient amenities like food trucks, a gas station, and a Dollar General within walking distance. This house definitely met our expectations for a large family vacation.
