JUST STEPS TO THE BEACH! This ocean view home sits on a dead end street with beach access so you are literally just a few steps to the beach. Recently remodeled, it has a great open layout on the main level. Out back a fenced-in patio provides a great area for grilling and outdoor meals. All bedrooms are upstairs and have a smart TV. The master has it's own balcony - perfect for watching the ocean over morning coffee. Easy walk to the beach, restaurants and shops! Brian was easy to contact and made sure everything was right. We love Mexico Beach and will definitely be back! The property was extremely clean, had plenty of room, and was all around perfect. The beds were comfortable and the AC works great. The TV had all the streaming services you would expect, and there was also a selection of DVDs. The close proximity to the beach, shops, and Mango Marley’s was incredibly convenient.
