This thoughtfully designed and tastefully decorated family gathering space is ready for its next chapter. Sandy Vault, formerly Sunset Dunes, is the pride and joy of new owners who are excited to share their treasure. The layout includes six bedrooms, all with private baths and decks, kitchenettes on each level and wading pool next to hot tub in a screened-in porch area; ground level. The top floor is an enormous open grand room with ample seating, entertainment and of course spectacular Gulf views. Directly across the street is a community pool shared by only a few homes. This home truly has it all!  
  
Take the boardwalk directly from this home to the white sandy beach. Just a half mile walk to the north and you are in the St Joseph Peninsula State Park which preserves an additional seven miles of undeveloped natural dunescape beach. The pristine beauty and relative isolation makes it feel like a deserted island paradise worthy of many peaceful walks. There are very few places like this remaining and it’s just a short walk from Sandy Vault!  
  
Cape San Blas is a place where families come to relax, friends unite, and memories are made. This fifteen mile west-facing peninsula in the panhandle of Florida offers amazing white sand beaches, emerald gulf waters and the highest dunes on the gulf coast. The town of Port St Joe is a twenty-minute drive where you will find plenty of restaurants, shopping and a full-service marina.
