The 3-story home was recently remodeled and features brand new furnishings, an oversized deck with views of St. Joseph Bay, and everything you need for the beach, including bikes and a Tesla electric vehicle charger. Bay Watch has a great private location backing up to the State Park and is just steps away from the playground and a couple minute walk to the pools, tennis courts, and beach. It was so clean and everything felt new. It had everything we needed and the amenities at the place were great. We swam in both pools and played pickleball on the courts. The 3 separate boardwalks made beach access super easy. The house is well organized with everything clearly marked, so it made it easy to find (and return to its proper place) all items. Also, many things needed fixing or sprucing up. The front door to the unit is in need of painting very badly. It gives an awful first impression. Three stairs going up to the top floor need to be looked at for safety. The place could have been cleaner, The handle on one of the showers looks like it's about to fall off. But...
