This impeccable home can easily accommodate 10 guests in its 5 bedrooms with 3.5 baths, and boasts unobstructed views of the gulf, with screened-in porch, furnished decks, a hot tub, and a private boardwalk. The semi-private community pool is just steps away so the entire family can enjoy a refreshing dip. With ample space for a crowd, Indian Sunsets is the perfect home for families and large groups. The open-plan main level of the home features plenty of windows which showcase stellar beach and water views, as well as the local flora. The stylish living room comes replete with comfortable couches, and chairs. Access to an expansive screened-in porch is located off the living room. It features a large hot tub and outdoor seating —including a dining table—ideal for enjoying meals al fresco. The well-appointed kitchen is sure to impress both amateur and seasoned cooks. It features granite countertops and high-end stainless-steel appliances—among them a chef’s grade oven and range—as well as a wine cooler. The dining table with seating for 8 is located adjacent to the kitchen. There is a separate living area on the second level of the home, which features a small morning kitchen. Here, guests will also find a cozy sunroom, replete with a flatscreen TV, a plush sofa, and chairs. Access to yet another deck with impressive beach and water views is located off the den. From this deck, guests can access the widows walk—with its unimpeded views of the gulf. The laundry room and half bath are located on this level behind the kitchen. The outdoor space on the ground level of the home features covered parking, a fish cleaning station, secondary refrigerator, and an outdoor shower. There is also a full-service elevator which goes from the ground level to both floors of the home. After a day basking in the sun, guests can get some beauty rest in one of five well-appointed bedrooms. Primary Suite #1 – Main Level This is the only bedroom on this floor. It features a king-sized bed, a spacious walk-in closet, an en-suite bath with glass shower, and access to the porch with hot tub. Primary Suite #2—Second Floor Comes replete with a king-sized bed, an en-suite Jack and Jill bathroom with glass shower, and access to the second-floor deck. Bedroom Three—Second Floor Ideal for the kids in your group, this bedroom offers two twin beds. The views of the gulf are beautiful and tranquil. The house was clean and felt welcoming. There are plenty of amenities and appliances available for convenience during the stay. I enjoyed sitting on the screened in deck to drink my coffee in the morning while looking out to the ocean. The rental company, 360 Blue, are amazing also and was quick to help us with questions. We only needed a technician when our internet went out due to the fiber wire being cut somewhere (no fault to them whatsoever) and they were so fast to get us set up with new internet. The technician was so friendly. It's just so beautiful and peaceful here, and I highly recommend it. The location is a bit out there. The only close places to eat and shop are a restaurant/oyster bar and a cute general store 1 mile up the road. For more options you'd have to go to downtown Port St. Joe, which is 9 miles out. It is perfect for a family with plenty of bedrooms, and the location/proximity to the ocean cannot be beat! The only thing that created a problem (and it wasn’t a huge deal) was the boardwalk. We should have worn shoes while walking on it to and from the house and the beach. All of us got splinters in our feet, even our little two-year-old. We had a group of nine adults and this property had actual beds to accommodate everyone. With five bedrooms and three full baths, it easily accommodated a group of our size. The kitchen had everything that we needed and the beds were comfortable. But the best thing was just being able to walk out of the house and be on the beach. The house was beautifully decorated and had everything our family of 5 needed. We are used to the white sugary sand beaches of Destin but enjoyed the diversity of this more compact sand and the millions of shells with it! While crabbing one night, we were blessed to see a Loggerhead turtle coming up on the beach to lay her eggs! Amazing! Loved that the beach was never crowded. Being able to come and go from the beach is such a great way to allow freedom for your entire group. My 85 year old mom could come and go as she wanted. We thoroughly enjoy the beach and the house. We loved all the decks - and we especially enjoyed the screened in deck. The weather was okay - but I would definitely look at the weather before renting items such as paddle boards. Aug 14, 2023 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### Quiet and Private Beach Home If you are looking for a home in a secluded and quiet area with lots of space and right on the beach this is a very good choice. The house is well equipped from the kitchen appliances and utensils, a fast laundry washer and dryer, linens, towels and plenty of TVs. The screen porched was great and kept the bugs away at night. Multiple bedrooms and multiple large decks gave everyone space to spread out and come together as a group. The observatory on top was unique and made for great star watching, we even could see the milky way. Had we known driving golf carts on the beach is allowed we would have rented one, especially considering the boardwalk to the beach is extra wide to accommodate one. The outdoor shower was a nice convenience to keep sand out of the house. There were however a few items that for the price I wouldn't expect or didn't care for. The water temperature control in one bath room didn't work correctly (it just kept spinning around), handles on the cabinets were loose, exterior door handles were loose or sticking so difficult to lock. The upper deck floor is deteriorating and several of us got splinters in our bare feet (ouch). It's Florida so wild life is expected but it was still alarming to find a poisonous cotton mouth under the grill (perhaps add some signs to warn people). I didn't care for the grill being in the car port, it made for a lot of steps back and forth to grill. Although very nice I'l look for a different property if we visit this area again. ##### Scott H. The perfect beach house for our family vacation. My wife and I and our 3 daughter's families with young kids found this place amazing. Right on the beach with very nice accommodations with plenty of room for our families. The layout was great with multiple areas to congregate and relax with 3 decks facing the beach to choose from and 2 separate indoor living spaces. The kitchen was fairly well equipped and we fixed most of our meals there and were able to eat on the porch with a beautiful view of the beach.
