Guests enjoy two bathrooms, each equipped with a refreshing shower and a hair dryer for convenience. Washer and dryer, along with a relaxing back porch with a grill to relax in the evening or start your morning over coffee and located next door to the pool and a 3 minute walk to the beach. Whether you’re relaxing indoors or planning your next adventure, this awesome spot offers a wonderful blend of comfort and charm. Please turn thermostat to 78 in summer and 58 in the winter. Please lock exterior doors (Deadbolt ONLY) Do not lock door handles. Return keys to the house and pool. $250 fee for unreturned pool keys.
