Cozy La Palma B, is a new apartment, free Wifi, free parking and good for relaxing , 5 minutes to the new port Richey Downtown, close to nices Restaurants and beach, private patio and entrance new kitchen. Pet Policy:
Pets are allowed with prior approval. A $75 pet fee will be charged per stay. If additional cleaning or a deep clean is required due to pet hair, odors, or damage, an extra cleaning fee will be charged. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets and preventing any damage.

This cozy room was set up like a studio. At first I was a little nervous when we first got there because it was a garage they enclosed. I was pleasantly surprised after the first night that we did not hear or even notice that we were in a room attached to a house that the owner lives in. The parking was perfect for us and was directly in front of the gate that led into our private outdoor space. There are not any doors that access the house so no need to worry about your privacy being invaded. This was the perfect place for me and my fiancé to get away for a few days and enjoy the beach. We were able to enjoy the many great restaurants around the area with all the money we saved not staying at an overpriced hotel.

The space was cute and functional and very clean. The shower was my favorite part check in was easy and the bathroom instructions were detailed. The only thing I found less than ideal, was the purchase of the insurance or large refundable deposit. I understand wanting to protect your property, but the insurance was an additional 59. I didn’t have 1500 to let her hold.

We absolutely loved our stay at this charming apartment! From the moment we arrived, everything felt welcoming and thoughtfully put together. The decor was adorable and the space was spotless and cozy. We especially enjoyed the private patio that had a grill and the separate entryway.The location was perfect: quiet and peaceful, but still close to restaurants and Gulf view square mall. The host was responsive, kind, and made sure we had everything we needed for a smooth and enjoyable stay.Highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway—it’s even cuter in person!
