Inn On The Gulf and Sam's Beach Bar makes for a great day for food and drinks and watch the boats go out. is a quaint little fishing community. visit the small beach at Hudson Beach and walk around. Master Bedroom with full bathroom nice memory foam plush mattress and has Glass sliders that leads to the screened in porch with settee, 2nd bedroom is at the opposite end and full bathroom next to it brand new custom tile shower in July 2024, queen bed, kitchen is very spacious walk through lots of cabinets, or sit out by the water around the fire. Kayak 5 minutes and your watching the sunset in the Gulf, recommend boats 18ft or less) fish the backcountry for Reds/Trout/Snook. Kayaking out the Canal is sheer rock ledges where the rock bed was bombed to make the canal and the fish have many hiding spots, the Gulf is shallow where you can snorkel/swim or fish (knee and waist deep). Bring your boat and keep it in the water recommendedboat 18ft or less). Gulf can get shallow at low tide, draft 2 ft. Both bedrooms have large closets, Washer/Dryer . All kitchen gadgets. Fully equipped. All linens. New Brick Paver Patio and Gazebo, fire pit (wood), and screened porch off the Master.. Floating Dock with Kayak Launch. Beautiful Patio. Many things to do in Hudson. We are on the Water, there is always something to do. Sam's Beach Bar or Inn on the Gulf, hang out have Lunch or Dinner out on their Outdoor patio and watch the boats go by State Parks near to take walks Take a walk to the Ice Cream Parlor Hudson Beach if you are a beach goer Sun West Beaches is a Beach with Fresh water made from a Rock Mine with Clear Fresh Spring water, many Large floating Slides for the Kids or Adults or try your hand at the Water Ski Cable that will pull you around the water. or just lay out on the Beach, have a drink or lunch. Tarpon Springs Sponge Docks, Greek town, walk down the main road where the Sponge boats go out, many shops of hand made items, soaps, sponges, clothes, etc, plenty of Greek Food and Seafood Restaurants to choose from, many people says that the Sponge docks are a must to spend a day walking down the streets and looking through the different shops. and having lunch or do a little Greek Wine Tasting. Just North 20 minutes is the Famous Weeki Wachee Springs State Park where you can Kayak down the river (reservation) and see Manatees and spend the day in the State Park where you can see the Famous Mermaid Show that has been running since 1947\. in Weeki Wachee there is Pine Island, a nice little beach, get there early because it will fill up fast due to the popularity with the locals. Play Golf at Many, Many Golf Courses, (Florida is Full of them). The in unit washer and dryer were a huge bonus. The games were perfect for waiting out the rain. Just be careful of the no see'ums. They are ridiculous because of the mangroves. The only reason we chose to give a 4 instead of a 5 star is because the pictures showed a dishwasher and one was not in the unit and when we set dinner up on the counter so everyone could serve themselves, we came back an to an ant infestation. We had to go to walmart and get cleaning supplies. Also, the wifi is spoty and will go out regularly. We chalked all of it up to damage from the hurricanes because we did see ant traps around, so figured they know. The owners were fantastic when we chatted. We loved kayaking in the mangroves, watching fish, osprey, & anhingas. It's very peaceful and great for a relaxing getaway. The home itself is large, well stocked and comfortable. It was also stocked nicely with kitchen tools and other items like beach towels as well as bathroom towels. The beds are comfortable and the master bedroom sheets are so soft!!!! The property is also located 5-10 minutes from Hudson beach where you have some close food options. I highly recommend Mr. Nicks ice cream pub if you are in the mood for a sweet fix. The property was exceptionally clean and the patio was great for relaxing evenings. Mary is quick to respond to questions and was very kind and helpful during our stay. We highly recommend this property to anyone who wants a nice quiet place to stay that is right on the water and close to anything you would need to complete your stay! ##### Kyle M.
