Great location- 10 mins walk to Four Mile Beach and 15 min walk to the town centre. Swift communication with hostCons; There is a working air fryer but the touch screen is temperamental. Very much guess work on how I got it to work. Some of the shelves in the kitchen higher up were quite dusty »

« I booked it and then about 24 hours later they emailed me that the office closes at 4. I requested after hour checkin process. I didn’t hear anything for 12 hours and only received “call us urgently”. When I called the phone provided, no one answered. They finally called me after 8 PM and blamed me for poor communication and accused me of not calling! Zero focus on the customer and worse communication. »

The check in process was not smooth as the unique pin email was not received. Contacting the manager of the accommodation was difficult, however sorted in the end. It is a bit misleading to have images of the esplanade lagoon when it is 3km away from the accommodation. »
