« Pictures were deceiving. Staff were incompetent. Messed up my booking. Instead of 2 rooms 3 nights they had 1 apartment 2 rooms. The night staff didnt understand and I had to book an extra room. Overall I had paid for an extra room that we didn’t use cause the staff didn’t know how to make the changes in the system. Place was run down and dingy. We had to change rooms cause it smelled moldy, and WC was leaking. Will not recommend. »

« The worst “resort” experience of my life – avoid at all costs! This place looks straight out of a horror movie. The moment you step in, it feels haunted – dim hallways that resemble a horror alleyway leading to your room. The carpets are disgustingly stained and dirty, the curtains are no better, and thick layers of dust dangle off the corners like cobwebs. The furniture is completely run down and stained, the pillows and bedsheets are yellowish and filthy, making it impossible to feel...

" a highly disappointing experience during our recent stay at D’Wharf Hotel & Serviced Residence in Port Dickson, booked via your platform. This trip was part of our honeymoon, which made the situation even more upsetting and disappointing. We had booked a Premium Room with sea view and a Queen-size bed on a high floor. However, upon check-in, we were given a room on the 10th floor with a broken window, which allowed heavy rain and extremely loud wind noise to enter the room — making it impossible to rest or feel safe. When we reported the issue to the reception, we were told refunds were not possible, but we were offered a different room on the first floor, which: • Had no sea view, unlike what was advertised and paid for. • Was a room for people with disabilities, which we did not request. • Still had noticeable wind noise (though less than the first room). • And most importantly, the air conditioning was not functioning, forcing us to spend the night in extreme heat, which made the experience even worse. At that point, we clearly no longer had the premium experience we had paid for. We asked for at least a goodwill gesture or partial refund, but the hotel staff told us to contact Expedia directly. "
