This beautiful and comfortable apartment with communal pool is located in a suburb of Porec.

The modern furnishings leave nothing to be desired and offer you the perfect setting to enjoy a delicious breakfast at the dining table or on the balcony. The bright rooms and the lovely, simple decor create a great atmosphere. The large, covered balcony is the perfect place to relax while your children take a dip in the pool and you can enjoy the view.



Discover the beautiful pebble beaches on the coast just a few kilometers from your home. There are many bays here where every holidaymaker can choose their own favorite beach. From Nova Vas, you can quickly reach the beautiful port town of Porec, a popular summer resort with a historic old town and a famous basilica dating back to the 6th century. For active vacationers, there are numerous water sports options by the sea, but there is also plenty to discover inland. Take advantage of the many cycling and hiking trails in the heart of Istria and visit the Baredine Cave, for example, which is famous for its stalactite formations.

Wir haben einen wunderschönen Urlaub in der Unterkunft verbracht. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir erhielten mehrfach saubere Handtücher und einmal neue Bettwäsche (bei 12 Übernachtungen) . DIe Wohnung war sehr modern eingerichtet und sehr gepflegt. Der Pool war immer sauber und der Garten gepflegt. Wir waren mit unserer Familie (2 Erw. u. 2 Kinder) sehr glücklich diese Unterkunft gebucht zu haben. Wir würden jederzeit diese Unterkunft wieder buchen. Vielen Dank für den schönen Urlaub.
