Pical Beach House in Poreč offers all this and more. This modern vacation villa will provide you with all the comforts you need, as well as many opportunities for relaxation and entertainment. The villa has 6 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 10 people. Spend the day swimming in the pool and enjoying the hot tub and sauna, or stay active with the villa's fitness equipment. If you just want to relax and enjoy the beautiful views, sit on the terrace and enjoy the view of the sea and the sounds of nature that surround you. On the ground floor of the villa there is a large air-conditioned open plan room with panoramic windows that make the room full of daylight during the day. The room consists of a modern kitchen with dining area and a spacious living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals on vacation. There is also a capsule coffee maker at your disposal. Next to the kitchen is a dining table that seats up to 10 people. On the other side of the half wall is the living room, which is a pleasant space for relaxation and enjoyment and has a TV with streaming services. The villa has 6 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, 2 on the ground floor and the rest on the first floor. The rooms are spacious and modern, like the rest of the villa, and some have their own TV. The bathrooms have a shower or bath and some have double sinks so you won't have to wait long for your turn in the morning. There is also a washing machine in the villa. The courtyard is a great place to relax and enjoy the nature and the sea in front of the villa. Start your day with a coffee on the covered terrace overlooking the sea and then take a refreshing swim in the heated pool. Afterwards, relax on the lounge furniture in the garden or treat yourself to a true spa experience in the hot tub or Finnish sauna. If you want to stay active on your vacation, there's also fitness equipment at the villa. Use your vacation at this villa to explore Poreč, a city with many sights, the most notable of which is the Euphrasian Basilica, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. If you are interested in some fun activities near Poreč, visit the Aquacolors water park, which offers many pools and slides for the whole family to enjoy.
