The apartment house Natalia is located in in the village Fuskulin, a lovely place located 3 kilometers from the tourist settlement Zelena laguna with its beaches and a various offer of water sports, and 7 kilometers from Porec.
The house is located on its private ground with a well maintained garden with barbecue, outdoor swimmingpool and private covered parking for 2 cars. The owner lives on the property. There is a magnificent view over an olive grove open meadows and beautiful forested hills.
The apartment Natalia 2 for 2 persons with a floor area of 47m2 is located on the first floor and consists of: living area with kitchen and a couch, shower/toilet, separate toilet, double bedroom and covered terrace whith a nice view. Air condition and wireless internet are available and included in the price. Youth groups are strictly forbidden!
