"The Cabin was nice and clean, and close to shopping and restaurants. However we were very disappointed because the bathroom toilet was broken and it took the support staff more than 3 hours to fix. We had to use McDonald's bathroom until they fixed it. We also had to stay in our cabin to let the support staff in.
We asked for a refund for being inconvenienced but the Manager never responded to my request or to at least reduce the price of our stay.
There were other guest who also complained about the toilet not working in their cabin as well.

"There was an issue with the internet. Staff were transparent about the issue and working on a resolution. This issue affected the entire building and ability to use the TV. There was also an issue with the hot tub which needed repaired. Staff were great and helpful with trying to accommodate as best they could"
"Overall, the hotel is very nice for a relatively economical price only real drawer back I found being an older adult was no walk-in shower. Only coffee available in the lobby. There is no breakfast at all available."
"Check in process was l8ke being greeted by a cold fish. Room was ok with decent linens but thin towels. Incredibly noisy all night long between outside camping people talking and partying to floor above kis stomping around starting at 5am. No place to sit in breakfast room. They ran out of everything like biscuits, scrambled eggs and hard boiled eggs, so basically a worthless breakfast without a protein option. Toaster was broken so on cold bread. It is a great location in West Yellowstone but I will not return."
"Check-in was in one building; accommodation in another. Food (other than vending machines) was a drive away, with limited hours.
Internet was not working.
It was a good location to see the Grand Canyon of Yellowstone.
But… We would not choose to stay there again."
