Luxury 6 bedroom villa, superb views of the sea and the south coast, in its own plantation of banana trees, you come across this wonderful and spacious 6 bedroom villa with infinity pool, offering breathtaking uninterrupted views of the coast . The large open plan living area offers seating and dining for 12, has a projection screen for cable TV and leads to the covered terrace. It looks out onto the pool and the terrace to the sea and is complemented by a games room with pool table and darts, children's corner with flat screen TV, PS2 console and games, and children's library. The open kitchen has a special feature of a large built-in barbecue and is fully equipped with a 3 ring hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine Dolce Gusto, kettle, blender, coffee machine, beater, toaster, toaster etc. The Villa has the luxury of having a second living room and kitchen on the first floor, leading to a balcony that extends across the front of the house, offering the same breathtaking views. The living room has seating for 6 and a flat screen cable TV as well as a desk for those times when you need to catch up with some work! The master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and two other bedrooms with shared bathroom are on the 1st floor, and lead to the balcony that extends out from the front of the house. On the ground floor, outside the lounge, there is a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom. Two other double bedrooms and shared bathroom can be found in the attic space. The infinity pool is large (11.5m x 3.8m) and perfect for swimming while observing these stunning views the pool can be heated upon payment of a consumable rate the desired temperature so we have: 24 degrees - 150 € 26 degrees - 200 € 28 degrees - 250 € 29 degrees - € 275 The surrounding land belongs to the owner of the village, which produces organic bananas and other tropical fruits. Behind the village are planted aromatic herbs that can be used by guests for cooking or infusions. There is easy wheelchair access to the living room and pool terrace. This is the perfect spot! Amazing views, stunning property and the beautiful island of Madeira. The villa is spacious, well appointed and almost every bedroom has a view of the sea. There is lots of space for families to spread out. The pool is large and there is a beautiful sitting area for dining while watching the sunset every night! Carlos is a responsive and kind person to work with and he made sure that everything was perfect during our stay. He responded to our one minor issue immediately! The car hire - also arranged with the owners - worked brilliantly as well, with the car waiting on arrival. The location is amazing, stunning view the entire day. The rooms are very big and the house is spacious. We were with a group of 14 friends, and the house gave us a lot of space to have dinner together but also have some me time when you needed it. They respond quickly and made us feel very welcome. The house is magnificent and extremely spacious. It sleeps 14 and there is more than enough space for such large groups. There are 3 master bedrooms all with beautiful views. The pool is great and Carlos amde sure it was heated to the temperature we requested. The house is located at the end of a dead-end wY and it's very quiet. The location demands a car but the directions to the house are very clear and Google maps works great. There were 5 adults and 4 children in our party and the property was suitable for everybody. Food was left for us on arrival which was really helpful as we arrived quite late and Carlos was flexible with check out which was appreciated. The villa was fantastic, well equipped and the view is stunning! Kids loved the pool and a travel cot and high chair were available for our 1 year old. The house was built to entertained a family the size of mine: 8 adults and 5 children. I cannot imagine a house in the entire island with a better, more beautiful view, pool, ample rooms.
