"The Swimming Pool was dirty and inusable. For me who travelled with a 1 year old and 4 year old baby, I found that its positioning, less than 3 meters from the door step of the room was extremely dangerous. This hotel offers bed and breakfast, but the breakfast was awful too. I decided to check out of the property the day after a night. "This is not 4 stars hotel. This is 2 stars hotel. The pictures are photoshops. The beach is not swimmable, there is big pallet of garbage, old decaying seagrass with plastic and other garbage - nobody is cleaning "the beach" - never. Everyday 4-6h no electricity (what it means you cannot take a shower). The pool area pictures - taken like 10 years ago. Now everything very dirty and teared. I can talk and talk about this scam. I filled a complaint to Orbits about this scam (as I paid for 4 stars...

"Wonderful magical gardens . Lovely friendly staff . Great gym . Although breakfast good all other meals were very tasteless . Even the mayonnaise and butter were of poor quality . After paying for one of your best rooms we were left very disappointed . The old fashioned shower wasn’t really of 5 star standard . Also the lack of electricity for half a day wasn’t great . One last thing . I loved the enthusiasm of the staff but didn’t enjoy Bay City Rollers beating out at breakfast just as I’d woken up . "

"The honeymoon suite with private plunge pool was lovely. The bed was very comfortable and the room had a large bathroom and shower area. The room was beach front with a small shaded terrace. The food was mixed. Sometimes good and other no so good. Unfortunately we got food poisoning whilst there which ruined the last couple of days stay there. "
