"We had a nice balcony with a view of the picturesque hillside and an extra bed which we used as a sofa. The queen size bed was very close to the twin bed so not much walking room but the bed was very comfortable. Wish we had asked for blankets as the sheets were not warm enough for the chilly nights. The breakfast buffet was a treat and had the typical European rolls, meats, cheeses, yogurt, fruit, eggs, and cereals but the dinner food was less tasteful. "There is a lack of sound proofing in the hotel so you can here when someone coughs in the next room or shuts their door."

"The staff was terrific and offered a great deal. The only incident was when the staff that did the laundry charged over 70euros more as they checked a box on my laundry sheet stating I wanted expedited service. And the laundry came back wet. They quickly resolved the issue by taking away the upcharge and taking our clothes back and drying them completely."
