The sound from the fan outside makes a crazy noise, the answer was "oh we are very sorry" but we have no more room available right now. When you stay in hotel, it's just because you want to rest and sleep.It doesn't make any sense to rent a room where you cannot sleep in ! I haven't even spent the night because it was so noisy.I had to leave to another place in town. I've been staying to that place in the last 15 years.But that's the very last time.

The initial room we were given had 2 major issues- room smelt of cigarette smoke and the toilet flush wasn't working.
Reception lady changed our room and that was good
Complimentary bottle of wine as a gold tier hotels.com member was a nice perk
Restaurant - we had breakfast and dinner was good as well
