This charming country house is just minutes from the beaches of Pollença Bay. It’s perfect for families or groups of friends, combining the peace of the countryside with proximity to the beach and the town of Pollença. Enjoy air conditioning, a spacious garden, and a private fenced pool with child safety features. The pool can be heated upon request and is available for an extra fee during cooler months.



The property offers Wi-Fi, private parking for up to 4 cars, a barbecue, a cot and high chair for little ones, as well as mountain views. Spread over two floors and about 180 m², it features a large living-dining room with satellite TV, fireplace, and comfortable sofas, opening directly onto a covered terrace overlooking the garden and pool. The modern kitchen is fully equipped, and a washing machine is available for your use.



There are four bedrooms (2 with double beds, 2 with twin beds) and three bathrooms (2 with showers, 1 with a bathtub and shower). All bedrooms have air conditioning. Three rooms are on the ground floor and share two bathrooms, while the fourth is upstairs with a private en-suite bathroom.



The large natural garden is the heart of the property. About 10 meters from the terrace is the pool, fenced for child safety and can be heated in winter.



The beaches and amenities of Pollença are a 5-minute drive away. Maximum capacity: 8 guests. Events are not permitted.
