Polk County Museum Tours and Activities

We have stayed here before and had a good experience, but this time was not great! The huge indoor heated pool (the whole reason we chose to stay here) was closed unexpectedly. We were told it would open up the next day, but it did not. The outdoor pool was freezing cold and so was the "jacuzzi". The master bedroom had no shower, only a yucky looking old tub. The dryer had broken parts inside. The master bath toilet wobbled when you sat on it. The message they sent me prior to check-in said they would do something memorable if we were there to celebrate a special event, so I message them to inform them about my kids' birthdays thinking they would do something nice for them. However, upon check-in, I was told they no longer had the budget for such things.

We had a wonderful stay at the Ozarker lodge. Everyone was so kind and we were comfortable in our room. The kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub but our favorite part was the common area downstairs. The bar, games, comfortable seating and friendly faces were truly a gift the you don't get just anywhere. Thank you for a wonderful stay. We can't wait to come back.

Close to everything pretty quiet area. Room was clean but very dated but overall was a nice stay.
