"I arrived at Warsaw Airport on Monday evening and hadn't booked my hotel yet. I was exhausted from my previous 4-day trip and didn't want to go downtown. So I looked around the airport and settled on... And I don't regret a thing. It takes about 5 minutes by taxi to reach this hotel. A friendly welcome and then it was off to the room. We didn't have a huge room, but that's okay. Not much storage space, but there's a clever drawer under the bed. The bed, in fact...very comfortable...and a light duvet. You can plug in your phone, etc., right next to the bed. A handy little tablet. The room and bathroom were very clean. I was on the street side and didn't hear anything...apart from a few horns starting at 8:00 a.m. And a lovely welcome. I needed two sheets of paper to write something, which was kindly given to me. Perfect!"

"Nous avons passé un séjour absolument remarquable dans cet hôtel 4 étoiles idéalement situé à Cracovie, à deux pas des transports en commun, ce qui nous a permis de découvrir la ville en toute facilité. Nous avions réservé la suite Deluxe, et ce fut une expérience exceptionnelle. La chambre était spacieuse, décorée avec goût, et surtout dotée d’une magnifique terrasse avec une vue imprenable sur la ville. Chaque réveil était un pur plaisir. Le service de l’hôtel était irréprochable : personnel attentionné, réactif et toujours souriant. Une mention toute particulière pour le spa, qui a largement dépassé nos attentes : installations modernes, ambiance apaisante et soins de qualité. Un véritable coup de cœur.
