Unfortunately there is a lot of construction going on just next door. This can not be seen when gauging the hotel during booking. Hence it will always be a guess where you end up. Needs Improvement: no buffet breakfast even though plenty of guests- should at least put out a big bowl of fresh frits for guests to help themselves, and muesli or oatmeal, all of these being cheap in Phokara. The maid never swept the floor, and dirty sheets on check in. One of the nicer looking ones in the area. The staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel's new so it's in great condition. The rooms are very clean and it has a hot shower available (you'll need to keep the hot water running for 5 mins for it to heat up). The only bit of inconvenience is that it's a bit of a walk from the lake. It's not a lot the first time around, but if you're out by the lakeside 5 times a day, it can get tiring. Also, try not to get a room in the 3rd floor or else you'll have to climb three floors up after a long walk to the hotel.
