They are not as big as some of the others but the staff has an attention for detail that you just don't see in Nepal. We booked the suite and my husband dropped by early to put flowers and chocolate in the room (Valentine's Day). The hotel took a cue from that and put a bottle of wine and a basket of fruit in the room as well. I made a QR payment during the checkout (where none of the staffs advised me that the payment shall be deducted from credit card automatically) and the payment of stay was also deducted from my credit card later on. I contacted the hotel regarding the issue and the hotel ensured that a refund will be made. But unfortunately my follow up was not addressed and the line of the hotel is engaged. Room clean, best bed I slept in, soft mattress. Big free breakfast selection in buffet. Elevator was a nice bonus, so no steps to climb. Indoor pool looked nice but not heated in April so a bit cold. When I booked the location the map showed Kuti was on the lake but it is several blocks inland so I was disappointed and pointed that out to them which they now corrected the map location. But we had an amazing mountain view which was even better! Bra service, problemet var at når vi kom fikk vi for to rom som var meget små i 5 etg. Ettersom ikke bestillingen fra hotels.com hadde kommet inn til hotellet. Hotellet ordnet nye flotte rom dager etter! Resten av oppholdet var flott.
