Spacious open plan living area, kitchen with dishwasher, fridge/freezer, oven and microwave, Espressotoria Coffee machine ( pods not included), dining table, high chair, lounge with TV, DVD and foosball / 8 ball game table. Livnthadream is fully air-conditioned with a split system in the main living area and individual split systems in each of the 4 bedrooms, along with ceiling fans fitted to the 2 queen rooms. Main bedroom has an ensuite with vanity, walk in shower and w/c. Main bathroom with vanity, walk in shower, bath, separate w/c. Laundry with washing machine. Undercover deck area with outdoor setting and gas BBQ. Fully fenced yard - safe for the kids. Garage not for use PLEASE NOTE: As this property relies on rain water washing of your boat is not permitted Point Turton has an excellent Tavern, general store with ice, fuel, take away, fresh baked bread and pastries. There is an all weather boat ramp and a jetty for the fishing enthusiasts. Bed configuration - bed 1 - queen, bed 2 - 2 bunks, bed 3 - tri-bunk (double on bottom, single on top) plus 1 single, bed 4 - queen. Pillows and quilts are provided, you will need to bring your own linen - pillow cases, top/bottom sheets, towels/bath mat and tea towels. There was a nice big open kitchen, but a table to accommodate the amount of people it sleeps would have been good. The removal of the taps off the outside wasn’t great. We were left unable to wash our boat motor which isn’t ideal and a poor experience. The rooms were a good size and accommodated all of us well. Not having things like toilet paper included was a bit tight and confusing when a toilet roll was left there when we arrived to use. Location was good and only a short walk to the beach. Combined we had 5 kiddies ages from 12 weeks - 7 years. This house was truely a dream for entertaining the littles, they were delighted to find a cupboard full of toys and games. The fully enclosed yard was a huge bonus and peace of mind when the kids were outside playing. We were surprised to find a well stocked kitchen with every utensil you could possibly need. There were also plenty of tea towels, garbage bags, glad wrap and alfoil, we were under the impression that we would need to take our own.The only fault I had with the interior of the house was the floors weren’t 100% clean. Within the first hour of walking around inside, we all had dirty feet, which wasn’t great for our little crawling people.Nonetheless, I will definitely be rebooking. We loved our time here and couldn't be happier with this gorgeous holiday house! Big, spacious, lots of bedding options, return verandah so you can follow the sun and sit outside comfortably no matter what time of day or night. The big, comfy sofa with recliners was one of the reasons why I chose this place - so often holiday homes etc. don't have a nice place to sit and unwind after a long day but this one was absolutely perfect! The house was fully stocked with everything you needed and more (minus linen of course). The only thing that would have made it even better was if there was WIFI available as there is no service for Vodafone in many parts of the peninsula.
