Cozy Classy Country Cottage

Come away from it all! Just a 30-40 minute drive from Greater Vancouver and the Fraser Valley and your in what feels like a quiet island paradise. Get away from the hustle and bustle to sleepy Point Roberts. Just a 10 minute walk to the beach or grab our e-bikes and tour the peninsula. Our extremally well-built luxury home includes two lots beside with outdoor firepit and driveway for trailer space. Home boasts hardwood floors, lavish tile and a 3 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms. Includes an enclosed porch for those summer morning brunches with an in-the-forest feel. Read a book in the warm sunshine yard on the double swing, enjoy lawn games and BBQ's as you explore the surrounding forest areas. There is nothing quite like this home on the Point. Spend your slow days exploring the different hikes and trails, bald eagle watching, beautiful cliffs and beaches to explore. Visit lighthouse park and see seals and whale watch till the sun sets. With 4 different beaches to visit there is endless sights to see and places to go and explore. Get the quiet island feel while being steps from Tsawwassen Mills, restaurants and a local golf course. Your vacation away from home awaits.

An AMAZING Stay at the Cozy Classy Country Cottage! I cant say enough nice things about the property and the Hosts! The property is, in fact, cozy - warm, inviting and plenty of room for 4 adults. Bedrooms were large and comfortable, there is a separate loft area that sleeps two more. The kitchen is great, with so many thoughtful touches! The yard is gorgeous and the front deck was a great place to sit and relax with friends. Getting there was easy - and yes, the border crossing is always a wild card, but was super easy to navigate. We will definitely be back

A little slice of heaven on earth.

We stayed as part of our 40th anniversary road trip, staying two nights following four busy days in Victoria, BC. This sweet cottage was clean, restful, and beautiful. The host, Julia, has gone absolutely above and beyond to make this place special and her guests feel welcome. Both inside the home and outside on the property are very well kept and have everything you could possibly want or need. She even left a hand written note and gift for our anniversary! Great coffee, too! Thank you, Julia! We are so grateful for your hospitality!

Perfect

So comfortable and welcoming. We were running in boundary bay and stayed here. The location worked out perfectly. Boarder was super efficient and made it to the start line within 15mins. Julia was super accommodating and thoughtful. She allowed us to check out late so we could come back and shower before our flight home. She also left us food given we were supposed to arrive late on the Friday night. Thank you Julia for making our weekend so enjoyable. Would have loved to stay longer!

Truly a home away from home

We enjoyed a week at the "Cozy Cottage" and it could not have been better. The old adage "make yourself at home" definitely applies here - the home is warm, inviting and charming by any measure. Every possible need and amenity is accounted for. It is located in a very quiet neighborhood, on a gorgeous and well-maintained double lot - plenty of outdoor space. And an abundance of singing birds and playful squirrels provided endless entertainment. As did the regular evening visits from a family of deer (to the detriment of Julia's hostas, unfortunately). Great location, close to Maple Beach and Lily Point (we walked to both). And of course, easy access to the rest of what Point Roberts has to offer as well. This is easily our new favorite place to stay whenever we visit the Point!

Great stay! Second time back

This was our second time back and we had a great time. The house has a very welcoming feel and you’ll find everything you need there. The place is very quiet, and the gardens are meticulously maintained. We enjoyed barbecuing and using the outdoor fire place. The linens and towels seemed new as well. The communication with the host was very easy and friendly, and we appreciated the flexibility with check-in and checkout times. I’d recommend this house for a couples or families. It’s a great place! Thank you!

More than expected.....

We loved staying at the Cozy Cottage. Julia was an exceptional host....easy to connect with and very helpful. The Cottage was very clean and supplied with anything we needed. Excellent place to stay!

My friends and I had a wonderful time at this house! The house is very comfortable and quiet. You'll find everything you need for your stay, including coffee machines, condiments, a full kitchen, a bbq, and a lovely propane fire that you can enjoy outside on the patio in the evening. The house was very clean, and the beds were comfortable with new linens, pillows etc. If you are looking for a place to go with your family or friends, this is a great option! We will definitely return! Thank you, Julia for being such a great and generous host!
