With Jenkinson’s boardwalk less than a mile north and Downtown Bay Head a mile to the south, 1420 Ocean Ave is surrounded by some of the area’s finest restaurants and attractions. The home offers private beach access (no beach badges required) and is suitable for 2-3 families. Parking is never an issue with a long driveway that can easily fit 10 cars. Pleasant Beach is more family orientated and even the boardwalk was comparatively low key. Private beach was a big plus for our grandkids. The location of the property is absolutely amazing- directly on the beach. The views from the deck were beautiful and the direct access to the beach made it very easy to enjoy the beach day.
