It's not a fancy place but it's comfortable and very clean. I would go there again. And you can park your car there with a fee and Walt to point pleasant beach. It's a 10 minute walk

We had a great time! The old fashioned pool was a highlight! We spent a day just sitting by the pool, enjoying the day. It was an easy walk down to the boardwalk. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with no frills. The staff were friendly and helpful. I definitely plan to stay here again.

The rooms were very nicely prepared and cleaned. The staff was amaaaaaazing. All the Ladies at the front desk, and cleaning ladies were very nice and very helpful. If you look for something that's close to the beach and with a pool, that should be your spot were you should stay.

Staff was good. Location is great. There are some renovation needs on the outside, but the rooms are well maintained. The family has owned the property for 60 years. They are hands-on.

The staff were helpful and friendly, which made our stay enjoyable. The room was a bit outdated, but it was clean and comfortable. For the price, it was a good value. The location was great only about a 5-minute walk to the beach. Overall, a pleasant stay.

Room was clean but very dated..location to board walk was good. There were no amenities. No shampoo. No hair dryer. No kleenex. The rug in the room was disgustingly stained. One bed sloped to one side. Would not stay there again.

Stayed here for 2 days and honestly have zero complaints. The room was very clean, and the housekeeping crew does an excellent job. The lady at the front desk was also very friendly and welcoming, which made check-in easy. Parking is $20 per day, and in my opinion it’s absolutely worth it. Being able to park on site and walk everywhere made the stay much more convenient. One thing to keep in mind: this is NOT a brand new or newly renovated hotel, so don’t come expecting a 5-star Hilton or Marriott. What you see in the photos is exactly what you get. I was a little nervous before arriving because of some of the negative reviews, but I honestly think a lot of those came from people expecting luxury accommodations. If you’re looking for a clean, affordable place in a great location, this motel is a solid choice. The biggest selling point is that it’s literally a 1-minute walk to the boardwalk and beach, so you really can’t beat the location. I’d definitely stay here again.
