"There was a hidden tax charge of the room. That was not informed anywhere. The receptionist stated that if you pay in CLP we did not have to pay the tax, we asked to pay in CLP but then still added the extra tax. The bar was a fridge with wine and beers. We were not told about the facilities of the hotel had to find out by ourselves. Very disappointing "

"Sooo disappointing. I can say it is 24hr because I arrived at 3am after a bus delay, BUT all else was horrible. Bed felt so old it left my back today in knots. No hot water and not even like-warm. The lone pillow was like a napkin it was so think and worthless. Floor was so dirty I tried not to think about it."
