Villa Rice is nestled in a prime location just a short stroll from the beach, offering a peaceful escape with sweeping ocean views and Robberg Peninsula. As you step inside, the villa immediately invites you to relax and enjoy its spacious, open-plan design, ideal for both tranquil retreats and vibrant entertainment. With eight beautifully appointed bedrooms spread over two levels, this modern villa combines comfort and style throughout.  
  
The first floor features three stylish bedrooms, each with king-size beds, ensuites, and sliding doors that lead to either a private courtyard or a balcony. The kitchenette and lounge area flow effortlessly into the barbecue space, perfect for hosting. At this floor you can also find a second lounge and kitchenette lead onto an entertainment area with more expansive views, ideal for evening drinks or relaxed alfresco dining.  
  
Downstairs, the open-plan living space offers even more room to unwind, with a cosy lounge area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dining area that opens onto a large terrace. The ground floor houses the master bedroom and three further bedrooms, all with ensuites and easy access to the outdoor spaces. There’s also a bedroom in a separate annex for added privacy.  
  
Outside, the villa is a true entertainer’s dream. The expansive deck offers seating for twelve, perfect for large gatherings, while the infinity pool invites you to take in the breathtaking views of Central Beach.
