Clean and centrally located hotel, yet quiet for a good night's sleep. Would stay again. The only thing I missed was a tea kettle, but no big deal.

Staff all very professional and super helpful.
Most reviews mention the excellent breakfast with good reason, sets you up for the day.
Tip for travelling around Bilbao : Buy the travel card "Barik".
Google it to see where to get it and how it works, will save you lots of cash using Bilbao's excellent public transport system
