The key will be available at the front desk to allow for easy, hassle-free check-in. Free parking in an underground garage and guests have access to all amenities in the complex.

For safety reasons, after 10pm, only guests with wristbands are allowed to enter the condo building.

Its location near 5th Avenue offers the best of both worlds: easy access to the vibrant local scene while remaining far enough away to ensure quiet nights.

The layout includes two comfortable bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, and a Smart TV. Sleeping arrangements consist of one king bed and one queen bed. In the living area, you will find an L-shaped sofa that can accommodate two additional guests when pushed together, along with a fully equipped kitchen perfect for preparing meals at home.

Upstairs, your private rooftop terrace provides a dedicated space to relax and a mini pool to cool off (please note this pool is not heated and does not have jets).

In addition to your private space, guests enjoy access to the building's premium amenities, including a shared rooftop pool with ocean views, two common-area jacuzzis (heated on request), 24-hour security, front desk service, and a paid laundry room. We are experienced Superhosts and manage multiple units within this building, making this an excellent choice for larger groups or families traveling together.

Electricity is expensive in this region, so we kindly ask that you turn off the air conditioning when you are not home. At night, please set it to 22°C (72°F) or higher to help conserve energy.

For monthly stays of 28 nights or more, once the monthly discount is applied, electricity is charged separately at a flat rate of $150 USD per month from November through May and $200 USD per month from June through October, payable upon arrival.

From this location, everything you need is within walking distance. If you do you have a car, you can use the underground parking.

Taxi's are also easy to get from this central location by walking one block to the main street.
