Playa Bibijagua Vacation Packages

I traveled here for my 26th birthday and I’ve been traveling for 5 years now and I can honestly say this is the worst resort I’ve been to and I would never return to this resort I don’t think the reviews give the full story my room was only cleaned once out of the 4 days of my stay I had roaches in my room other than the beach and food I do not recommend this resort I shouldn’t have to ask for my room to be cleaned or fresh towels staff was very nice but housekeeping is horrible overall I would rate my stay a 2/10

Room was a bit outdated but a huge bed maybe 2 kings put together. The problems.... There was a horrible rotten seaweed smell in the room. I almost want to say someone prior came in soaking wet from the ocean and sat on all the cushions. I called and complained I opened up the slider and door to circulate the air out. House cleaning came about an hour later. She spray a cleaner around in corners and mopped. It smelled a little better but honestly I think my olfactory sensors just got used to the smell. The smell was there my whole stay but wasn't as over bearing as the first night. The mini bar wasn't working was warm. I called and maintenance quickly replaced it. The first day there unfortunately, I got Montezumas revenge. Stayed with me beyond my stay there took about 6 days to clear my system. Food was pretty good, Property was beautiful and very large. Lots of choices of dining and amnenities. Staff professional and accomidating. Beach was nice but unfortunately much sargassum.
