Central American flair meets Caribbean joy at ‘Pelican’ penthouse condo, a third floor condo with partial sea views. Have your very own bird's eye view of the tropical gardens and the sea beyond from this 3 bedroom penthouse!  
  
Inside you will find a spacious and bright home with soothing neutral tones and exotic mahogany doors and cabinets.  
  
Curl up on the sofa to read or head out to the veranda for a delightful sea breeze. The shaded deck is 300 square feet of picture postcard views and comfortable seating.   
  
Try your hand at Central American cuisine - or cook up some of your home favorites - in this gourmet-inspired kitchen with granite counters and every appliance and feature you’d require for cooking to your heart’s content. If you would prefer to grill, there’s a BBQ by the pool on which to grill your catch of the day to perfection! Staying in will almost be as tantalising as dining out at one of the many local restaurants which are within a short walk or leisurely drive away.

Bedroom 2: Queen-size bed   
Bedroom 3: Loft bedroom with two Twin-size beds (please note this bedroom is open plan - it is above the living space)  
  
The second and third bedroom share 1 bathroom. Please note that the loft bedroom requires the use of a spiral staircase and the property is situated on the third floor of an apartment building, requiring the use of 3 flights of stairs.  
  
Guest Access: You can snorkel, swim, float in the pool, melt into the hot tub, read on the pier under the palapa, kayak across the crystal clear waters or walk the mile long stretch of beach. Rest assured, the exclusive condo complex is gated and attended by security as well as being thoughtfully maintained by our on site staff.

Family Friendly Condo on the water with many complementary activities provided!Perfect accommodations for our family of 5 (2 parents and 3 adult children). This third story condo has great views of the beach, Caribbean Sea and pool. The layout is very accommodating and roomy with the master bedroom facing the Caribbean Sea. We woke up every morning to see the amazing view of the water and palm trees during our morning coffee on the balcony. The space was exceptionally clean and neat. We were very comfortable and felt really "at home" there.Complementary paddle boards, sea kayaks, fishing poles, volleyball and cornhole along with easy access for enjoyable/refreshing swimming off the main pier during our 7 day stay. Highly recommend this 3 bedroom 2 bathroom condo in the Villas at Cocoplum.

#### Perfect place to stay while visiting Placencia

I would highly recommend this 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo in the Villas at Cocoplum. This third story condo has great views of the beach, ocean and pool area. The lay out is very accommodating and roomy with the master bedroom facing the ocean view. We woke up every morning to see the amazing view. It was exceptionally clean and neat. We were very comfortable and felt really "at home" there. We only wish we could have stayed longer. It was nicely decorated and had everything we needed. The location was perfect for us as it was close to our favorite restaurant, Maya Beach Hotel Bistro and the Cocoplum area is beautiful and quiet. Next time we visit the area we will definitely stay here. Herbert, one of the owners was very attentive to our needs as well.
