Thermostat on room wall did nothing. Found out the AC had to be controlled at the cooling unit itself. Rooms are showing their age. Kitchen adequately stocked, has a Keurig-style coffee pot; no dishwasher but supplies to wash anything you use. Thermostat works well, comfortable temperature maintained, Bedrooms upstairs with full bath, half-bath downstairs, nicely decorated. Small deck in back with grill and chairs

Host was a good communicator and prompt to respond to messages. House clean and well stocked with amenities. Located in a nice neighborhood. I would stay here again!
