Enter the house into the lobby which has a small separate WC, the hallway then opens into the large farmhouse style kitchen with feature beamed ceiling, warming 4 oven Aga, and large dining table which seats all the family. The kitchen is equipped with the addition of a small electric hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and freezer. The utility room next door has a washer and separate dryer. From the kitchen you will enter the large lounge which has dual wood burners which stand at either end of the room, a fabulous space to entertain the whole family. There is a large Smart TV with Sky and comfy sofas and at the bottom of the lounge there is a chill out area with seating, bean bags and books. The open staircase from the lounge leads you to a large landing where you will find the three bedrooms, two spacious doubles and a pretty twin. All the rooms in this house have views across the fields and countryside or garden.

Heading outside there is large well maintained and attractive enclosed garden to explore. There is a large open field area which the kids will love for a game of football or rounders and the lawn to the front of the house has a fabulous wooden play area, you will struggle to get the kids to leave the house and its surroundings.
