The apartment is located at the condominium Presanella, about 150 meters. from the Colarin cable car with direct access to the ski slopes of 5 Laghi Area of Campiglio Dolomiti di Brenta slopes.. Composed of an entrance, a separate kitchen, a living room with a double sofa bed and single sofa bed, a dining area, and access to a large terrace, in the sleeping area, there is a double bedroom and a bathroom with a bathtub. Equipped with dishwasher and washing machine. The complex has a swimming pool open only during the Christmas holidays.
