Property Summary  
Villa Dolores is a very modern and luxurious detached villa that underwent renovations in 2024\. Located in the heart of Pinzolo, Italy, it offers an excellent location, right in the center but still quiet, just 550 meters from the skiing area. The villa features four stories, a lift, storage rooms for bicycles and skis, and a central heating system. Amenities include In Village, Internet Wifi, Parking, Tennis Court, and an Installment Plan. Linen and towel changes are available weekly for an additional charge, and room cleaning can be requested for an extra fee.  
  
Outdoors  
The villa's location in Pinzolo provides easy access to various outdoor activities and attractions. A supermarket is just 150 meters away, and you'll find restaurants, bars, and a pedestrian zone within a short walking distance. Bicycle rental is available 50 meters from the property, and the bus stop "ID fermata: 2450FU" is 200 meters away. Nearby, you can enjoy the "Pineta" park (750 meters), an outdoor swimming pool (7 km), and the "Biolago di Pinzolo" bathing lake (750 meters). For golf enthusiasts, a 9-hole golf course is located 5 km away, and there are tennis courts, including an indoor tennis center, within 900 meters.

The kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, kettle, and microwave, along with a dining table.

The Maria apartment comes with 2 showers, bidets, and toilets. It also has floor heating, providing a comfortable living environment. Amenities included are a washing machine, hair dryer, and free WiFi internet access. Additionally, a garage on the property can accommodate 1 car. The apartment is designed for non-smokers only and features a private entrance and a fire extinguisher for safety.
