The original structure of the building has been maintained, accommodating the interior to current needs. The ground floor is totally diaphanous, they are 100 m2 dedicated to relaxation .... it has two different rooms with fireplace, dining room, a very spacious kitchen and a bathroom. On the first floor there are three bedrooms all equipped with an independent bathroom, two of them with cast iron bathtubs. It has capacity for six adults + two children in extra beds. Regarding air conditioning indicate that it appears on the card as included because due to the architectural characteristics of the house itself (walls over one meter thick) the temperature does not rise of 25º in the common areas (ground floor) despite that in the exterior we are at 38º. Tiene la comodidad de tener un baño para cada dormitorio y otro extra en la planta de abajo. Aunque está en el campo no entra ni un bicho porque hay mosquiteras por todos lados. Tienes acceso a dos pozas del río de forma exclusiva y rara vez hay alguien más por la zona, es como tener el río para ti. ##### Cristina R. En un entorno espectacular y relajante. La casa cuenta con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días en familia o con amigos y no tener que salir más que a comprar. Aunque el entorno está lleno de agradables rutas que merece la pena conocer. El trato con el propietario es perfecto y siempre está atento a cualquier necesidad. El paisaje donde está emplazada es increíble, la zona con hierba al lado del rio sensacional y las rutas por el monte nos han encantado. ##### Armando S. Séjour de 6 nuits en août 2019 ### 10/10 – Excellent #### CRUCES S. 4 août 2019 Points forts : Propreté #### Tranquilidad La casa es un antiguo molino muy bien rehabilitado y en un sitio increíble con el río justo al lado para bañarse . Un lujo sentarse en el porche a desayunar en plena naturaleza. La casa bien preparada con todo lo necesario para pasar una semana. La campana de la cocina no funcionaba y no se podía usar la barbacoa por ser verano , habría que habernos avisado, por lo que usamos una plancha a butano que hay en el porche y pudimos disfrutar de la buena carne de la zona. No hay lavadora. Pequeños detalles que no estropean el lujo de alojarse en esta casa. Para repetir. ##### CRUCES S.
