Pedi toalhas na recepção porque tinha um vazamento de água no meu quarto e utilizei a toalha pra aparar a água, o chuveiro alagava o quarto e não me trouxeram a toalha depois de pedir por 3 vezes, saí sem tomar banho. No checking nada amigável ! Não voltaria .

My stay was very good overall. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay.
