The house is very clean and exactly as presented in the listing. Everything you need is here except your food. A five minute walk away are specialty shops, restaurants, and a country market offering groceries and the best beef in Arizona. There's a great grill in the back yard to cook those steaks. Backyard was grassy perfect for our dogs. And, while the house is in a neighborhood with houses on both sides, the way the backyard is set up, it feels very private and secluded. At one time we had 6 adults and 2 children in the house and there was plenty of room for everyone. Beds are very comfortable. Kids and pups loved the grassy back yard - something we don't have in Phoenix! Kitchen was well stocked. Everything worked well. We did replace batteries in TV remotes and they werent working, but fine after that. This is a great place. The neighborhood doesn't look great, but honestly, no one bothered us and it was very quiet. Just an old residential neighborhood. Family loved the 2 minute walk to Charlie Clarks, Red Devil and Pinetop Coffee shop. Also Wine Mountains. Very convenient location.Only suggestion would be to put a step from deck to yard. It is a good 15-18inch drop, which was hard for my small pups, and for me too, as I have some mobility issues. Other than that, a super place and I would stay again in a heartbeat! ##### Lynette D.
