Kids loved looking for and seeing animals. Several deer visited the property, but didn't get inside the fencing. Some of the furnishings are well used, but clean. It was perfect for our needs. I will say the road to the house could be difficult for a sedan but my 4runner had no problem. Lots of wildlife. Woke up to deer, turkeys in the front yard. The house had a lot of space and it was nicely furnished. Loved the deck and the views. Owner was great in communicating and didn't expect significant cleaning to check out.
