The room was clean but there were stains on the carpet and window coverings. The aree where you go out the beach was not kept up and the hose was broken. The biggest complaint is the lack of air conditioning. The air was broken our entire stay with the room averaging any where from 88-90 degrees. The owner of the hotel was not concerned and offered no reimbursement or solutions to cool the rooms down I will not be staying here again. I try to support local business, however, I feel like in a larger hotel chain the issues would have been addressed and we would have been refunded our stay.

It was bigger than I expected and the bedrooms were separated from each other which I really appreciated. Kitchen had everything we needed and the larger bedroom had its own TV which was convenient. The bed was hard and the mattress cover nearly non existent. The top sheet came off each time I moved around. Be prepared for a lack of Wi Fi and lack of cell reception. It was alittle dated but I would definitely stay here again.

Room was one of the best that I have ever stayed in. Lots of room, kitchette, nice bathroom. Just a few minutes walk and you are on the beach. Very nice gazebo for looking over the ocean. Would return and stay again in a heartbeat.

Rooms are very nice. Like a studio apartment setup. Cozy and spacious. Beach is a very short walk away. Have plenty of restaurants, shops, and attractions nearby. Definitely going again in the future.

Loved it. There was something for young and old. Great family trip.the only weird thing was that we found a spoon in the sink on arrival and used coffee in the coffee pot. But that wasnt too crazy. The quaint surroundings were nice. The staff was super friendly too.

"This location was perfect to go see the wild horses in Corova. Super access to the beach. (As always the breakfast is meh and the service at breakfast was rude- literally won’t stay open 1 second past 10:00. I mean really, it’s obscene."
