« If I didn’t have the lock from the inside of the room housekeeper would have walked in twice. She came at 8 am and then again at 10. Check out is at 12 I was trying to rest before my drive back and that bothered me. »

« Elevator was very slow to operate and the light went out when the door closed. Pitch black. The room smelled misty and I had to keep fiddling with the AC to keep it on. The spigot in the tub was barely hanging on. Whole room was quite worn out. »

« When you walk in the double doors that are supposed to be automatic, you have to actually pry open with your hands and close behind you. You see a hole through the wall with a water pipe. Sticking out sticking or a pipe sticking out. Then, when you go under your room, there's a there was a bag on my ceiling light in the bathroom. They said it was there to keep from the glass to falling down the breakfast that was supposed to be included was c***. It was literally just cereal. »

« Room bathroom door would not close due to top hinge screws loose. Talked to front desk and got a Phillips head screw driver but door wood was stripped and would not tighten. Asked for a different room but they had no more king rooms. I told front desk we would deal with bath door issue. Shower head in bath was lower than 5 feet and had to stoop to wash hair. »

« Breakfast MNonday 3-23-26 was terrible. Egg omelette an:potatoes;sliced sausage was no good. Muffin was good. 3 morningsd ina row the No caffeine coffe was either too strong or cold!. In Bight mgr , instead I will fix it, only had a excuse for the reason it was.? »

« They put me in a room in a high traffic location (right by the breakfast bar and service entrance, sharing a wall with the public bathrooms and was lobby adjacent). As a result I didn’t get much of what I was there for…sleep. Wouldn’t recommend. When I mentioned these issues the staff said “we get that a lot.” Nice. »

« Not enough people at the front desk making line ups. The hostess at the restaurant was not nice or helpful, with a hint of arrogance…. We decided not to eat there. »
