« L'hôtel refuse de me donner une facture au motif que jai réservé via une tierce partie Expedia=hotels.com mais pourtant je paye sur place. Hotels.com me dit que c'est l’hôtel qui doit me la fournir. Pas même de reçu possible dans l'application hotels.com dans ce cas là. C'est compliqué quand vous êtes en voyage d'affaire de pas avoir de facture. »

« The property should have communicated how to get the keys after hours more accurately. The information provided in the app was 100% misleading and false. The only way to have received keyed would have been to call the after hours letter line. »

« clean rooms. bathrooms were okay. found a couple pieces of hair on the linen in bathroom but i wasnt going to make a big deal out of it. overall very nice accommodation. »

« Smooth check in. Mattress hard. Drapes unhooked from rod. Fried eggs too done. Room clean, shower good, nice toiletries and blow drier. »

Only reason I gave the breakfast 4 stars was because it actually wasn't very good at all, but 500 stars to lady cooking it, I think it was her first day and I think she was just filling in for someone. She tried her best with a smile and was very helpful. »

« 5/5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Amazing stay from beginning to end! The customer service was excellent and everyone was so friendly and helpful. The room was spotless, and I was really impressed with how clean the entire hotel was — from the elevators to the hallways. The free coffee was a great bonus, and I also loved the convenience of the items for sale downstairs. Everything felt comfortable, clean, and welcoming. I would definitely stay here again! »

« Picked this place because it was recommended by Expedia and it had a pool and they claimed it had a family friendly restaurant on premises and a bar. It was FAR from clean. Stains and dried food stuck to the upholstered chair and ottoman. There was NO remote in the room for the TV. I tried to call the front desk but tge phone was DEAD. Went to the front desk, they said we're sure it's there but I'll send someone. About 15 minutes later a guy shows up. Had no idea who he was but comes in...

« The drainage system for the shower did NOT work! The water was all over the bathroom floor and outside the bathroom… will stay again, just not in a roll in shower room… »

« The room was dirty. The bathroom floors were not cleaned in awhile. The ceiling was dusty from the A/C vents. The shower floor was filthy. Parts of the shower were broken. In addition, the water glasses in the room had dirt inside. The elevator was not working during our stay so we had to use the stairs to transport our luggage. We stayed there out of necessity. We had very little options. »

« Second time we've stayed at this property. Rooms are very clean, but very sparsely appointed. No hangers in the closet and no drawers, so prepare to li e out of your suitcase. Also, strangely, the room does have a coffee maker, but no coffee cups. Also, we had one bar of soap to use between the shower and the sink. Mattress and pillows were comfortable, bit the aluminum bed frame was so noisy. It popped and cracked everytime we rolled over or got in and out of bed. The free breakfast is...

« The property was not clean. The rooms were not not checked. The bed were not made. Once we would leave for the day. And return our rooms look the same way the man working in the front desk was very unprofessional. He had on shorts and a T-shirt, slides and colorful socks no collared shirt no dress pants no dress shoes no professionalism. Our room door would not unlock with a key so we would have to come get the person at the front desk. Anytime we return to the hotel in order to enter our room...
